摘要：文章主要從實踐出發，在理論角度對現行《企業會計制度》及具體會計準則若干問題進行探討。

財政部于2000年12月29日正式《企業會計制度》（財會[2000]25號），并于2001年1月1日起暫在股份有限公司范圍內實施，鼓勵國有企業經財政部門批準后實施。《企業會計制度》的是我國會計界的又一件大事，它擺脫了計劃經濟對我國會計核算的束縛，是繼1993年7月1日實施《企業會計準則》和《企業財務通則》之后，又一次大的飛躍，它朝著適應社會主義市場經濟對會計核算要求的方向邁進，它標志著我國會計改革的又一次高潮的到來。加上截止目前為止已經頒布的16項具體會計準則，它們對規范我國企業會計核算行為，真實、完整地反映企業的財務狀況、經營成果和現金流量，提高企業的會計信息質量具有深遠的意義。

隨后，財政部規定：從2002年1月1日起，外商投資企執行《企業會計制度》。筆者在外商投資企業從事財務會計工作，擔負起本企業新舊會計制度銜接工作，在實施過程中，對《企業會計制度》及具體會計準則的有關規定有些不同看法，現整理出來與業內人士一起探討。旨在將對其不同理解、觀點道出，與大家討論，為我國財務會計的變革、與國際接軌盡微薄之力。 關鍵詞:折舊減值債務重組公允價值 Abstract:Themaindiscussionisbaseonpracticeandtheoreticsaboutthe“company‘saccountantsystem”andsomeofmaterialfinancesystem.
