The American Journal of Men's Health has 44 country editions worldwide and is one of the largest men's magazines in terms of circulation. The Chinese version was launched by Fashion Media Group in 2003, and each issue of the magazine covers core areas such as sports and fitness, nutrition and health, and lifestyle consumption. In addition, the magazine also held various activities, such as COOLGUY cool guy Cover Star Selection and URBANATHLON City Cool Run. These activities not only increased the interactivity of the magazine, but also increased its influence among readers.

The content of the magazine is not limited to fitness and health, but also covers the role and lifestyle of men in society. For example, the American magazine "Men's Health" once published an article discussing "incredible disease signals", reminding readers to pay attention to early signs of disease, such as decreased sense of smell, red spots under nails, thinning hair or eyebrows, etc. These signals may be related to health problems such as Alzheimer's disease, lupus erythematosus, thyroid disease, etc.
